Mix heavy cream with chilled coffee and coffee liqueur. Pour the mixture into glasses, add ice cream, fill with cola and top with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, divided use

  • 2 1/2 cups brewed mocha java coffee, chilled

  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)

  • 4 large scoops coffee ice cream

  • 1 12-ounce can carbonated cola, chilled

  • Chocolate-covered espresso beans, for garnish (optional)

Method

In a medium-size pitcher, combine 3/4 cup of the heavy cream, all of the coffee, and the liqueur (if using). Stir to combine. Whip remaining cream to stiff peaks. Fill 4 tall glasses halfway with coffee mixture. To each glass add a scoop of ice cream. Add cola to each glass. When fizz goes down, top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream. If desired, garnish with chocolate-covered espresso beans. Serve immediately.

Recipe

3/4 Coffee Liqueur
3/4 Irish Cream Liqueur
1 splash creme de cocoa (brown)
1 splash mandarine napolean
1 1/2 oz chocolate syrup
Hot Coffee
 

 

Preparation Instructions:
Pour liqueurs and syrup into glass and fill with hot coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate. You can also garnish with a cherry if desired.

3 cups hot whole milk
4 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
6 ounces double-strength brewed coffee
3 tablespoons sweetened whipped cream
3 pinches pumpkin pie spice

 

DIRECTIONS Combine the hot milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; blend until frothy. Pour the mixture into 3 coffee mugs to about 2/3 full. Pour 2 ounces coffee into each mug. Garnish each mug with whipped topping and pumpkin pie spice.

If you like the chocolate bar, you'll love this espresso drink. You really can't go wrong with anything that has both chocolate and caramel, especially if its a cappuccino.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 shots espresso

  • 1 shot chocolate syrup

  • 1 shot caramel syrup

PREPARATION:

Mix together in a mug, and fill with steamed milk. Add a bit of foamed milk on top.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and lightly flour a 10 inch tube pan. Place cherries in a bowl and toss gently with 2 tablespoons flour. Set aside.
Stir together the flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Beat together the oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the flour mixture until smooth. Fold in the cherries. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate or wire rack.

  • 1/2 cup brewed hot 100% Colombian Coffee concentrate (1 cup ground coffee to 8 ounces cold water)

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • Pinch salt

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 1 cup softened butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

PREPARATION:

Combine coffee, sugar, salt and egg yolks in bowl, beat by hand over simmering water until thickened. Beat by machine until cold. Beat in butter 1 tablespoon at a time, then beat in vanilla until thick enough to spread.

A sweet coffee drink, made with chocolate and cloves. Preparation is a bit unusual. You steep the coffee grounds with the other ingredients instead of traditional brewing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 cups water

  • 4 oz ground coffee

  • 4 oz brown sugar

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 3 cloves, whole

  • 1 square of semi-sweet chocolate

PREPARATION:

Boil water in a saucepan, then add cinnamon, cloves, sugar and chocolate. When the mixture comes to a boil, skim off foam. Reduce the heat to a simmer, then add coffee. Steep for 5 minutes then serve
