1 cup (8 ounces) hot coffee
1 drop coconut extract*
1/4 cup International Delight® Southern Butter Pecan
Whipped cream
Sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted

Combine coffee, coconut extract and International Delight Southern Butter Pecan in a mug and stir to blend. Top with whipped cream or Delightful Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Serve immediately.

*Note: Coconut extract is very strong; start with a tiny drop and adjust as needed to suit your taste.

1 oz Tullamore Dew® Irish whiskey
1 1/2 oz creme de menthe
3 - 4 ozprepared espresso
1 oz chocolate syrup
2 ozsteamed milk
1/2 - 1 oz whipped cream
 

 
  Combine the Tullamore Dew, 1-oz of the creme de menthe and chocolate syrup in an Irish Coffee cup. Prepare a
  double
espresso and steam the milk. Add espresso and steamed milk to the mix in the Irish Coffee mug. Stir well.
  Top with whipped cream and the last 1/2 oz of creme de menthe, and serve.

A mocha drink with coffee, milk and chocolate. You can use an Italian “Moka Express” to make your “espresso” but you could use strong, regular coffee instead.

It is great with a lot of foam on top of our drink, however the milk won't foam if you put chocolate syrup in it. So first make a hot milk chocolate mixture, then pour it in the cup and then add some fresh milk to the pan and whisk in order to get a nice foam.

1 serving:
 

  • 1 shot espresso (or a small amount of very strong coffee)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Hershey's dark chocolate sauce
  • Dark Cocoa (or Cinnamon) to top with

Method:

Heat the milk up in a pan, whisk and add the chocolate sauce. Pour the espresso in a cup and add the hot chocolate milk. Possibly pour some new milk into the pan, whisk it vigorously over heat (or use an electronic frother) to create some foam. Top the mocha with the foam and sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.

This is "Ancient Valley Ranch Iced Mocha Fusion"
 

3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp mocha instant coffee mix
1 cup crushed ice
In a blender or food processor, combine milk, vanilla, sugar, coffee powder and crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve
